ST. HEDWIG  2022 POLISH FESTIVAL IS CANCELED DUE TO COVID! 

We deeply regret to announce the cancelation of the 2022 Polish Festival due to the COVID pandemic. This decision was not reached easily for a number of reasons. Each year festival planning meetings begin in January. In January 2022, Covid restrictions were still in place as well as requirements of social distancing, the State of Delaware’s restrictions on gatherings and large crowds, and CDC Guidelines. Due to all of the restrictions still in place at the time of planning, we thought it would be safer not to have the festival this year.

We would also like to thank all of YOU who volunteered and all those who supported the various aspects of our festival, as we could not have done it without you! We are very grateful to all of the dedicated, hardworking and committed volunteers; both parishioners and non-parishioners alike. Thank you very much!
